IMAP or POP use mailproxy.wavenetworks.com
SMTP use smtp.wavenetworks.com
SMTP authentication must be enabled.
Username is your FULL EMAIL ADDRESS, passwords are set when editing and updating an email address. (This is not the same as your Wave Networks login password)
Default Folder (If Needed) is Inbox
Mobile Devices/Outlook/Thunderbird mail users please enable SSL(encryption). We now have certificates from a trusted authority

FTP host is ftp.wavenetworks.com, ftp username and passwords are created per domain in your control panel.

Billing Support

All hosting service is prepaid for the next billing cycle. We do not auto renew hosting service. You will be notified using the email on your registered account about renewals and late payments.

Hosting charges are simple and as follows. $9.95/m or $49.95 per year.
Our consulting and development rate for professional IT services is $75/hr.
